Really disappointed that this is not the same as our other great me readers. Unclear that this a a me reader junior. That means there are only half as many buttons and the story is for young toddlers like 2 year olds. I bought it for my 4 year old and it is almost too young for him. Feeling very disappointed by this expensive purchase. We have the other me readers and I was expecting that level.
The almost 3 year old toddler enjoys this set. It teaches her the order to press the right button on the reader, colors, seasons and some counting. She enjoys the short stories before bedtime.
My 3 yr old grandson Loves his Paw Patrol Reader we sit down together he wants me to hold the book he pushes the buttons as then he tells me to turn the pages 🙂
This was a gift for my 4 year odl great grandson. He learned to use it right away and was amazed with it. Actually the 8 Book Library exceeded my expectation. I think it will be a good learning asset.
My 2.5 year old loves the books. He learned how to use it quickly. He would say the shape and color ontop of each page. I just wish it was longer. It got repetitive and the jokes got old. Also I was mailed an empty box first and then Amazon had to ship from their warehouse to make it right.
The reader and the books are separate pieces. It is difficult to hold the book and the reader while the toddler struggles to sit still. My two year old can not focus on reading the words, recognizing the story in the picture, and pushing the correct button at the same time.
Nice- good item with reader and books, did think it would be more of a read along
Young children are intrigued/drawn to this interactive book.
